Concept, Goals and Where is going
The idea of this cartoon is to focus on the different diversity groups within the United States. The cartoon makes light comedy of the cultural mix in the United States, by having them interact, having fun, helping each other, resolving problems, and most important of all is just being friends. We want to provide adventures of a diverse group of friends.
The cartoon premise is based on a mix of characters (one of each Cubans, Chinese, Mexicans, Philippines, African-Americans, Hispanics and a White People). They all have stereo typical personalities for the cultures they belong to. We feel our cartoon is unique and can bridge the gap between the different diversity groups with comedy. It will build on tolerance for minority groups.
My idea is to create different characters from different cultures and demonstrate that we always end up needing something from each other, and it doesn’t matter what color you are and from what country you belong to that is the beauty of The MIX concept
“The respect and understanding of different cultures equals peace”
And I hope this concept grows to keep people together.
